FastPoint Bill ("FastPoint Bill", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by FastPoint Multipurpose Limited, a Nigerian company registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with RC Number: RC8491034.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FastPoint Bill (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

FastPoint Bill provides a platform to initiate and manage bill payments, airtime/data purchases, TV subscriptions, and an in-app wallet functionality. Payments are securely processed by third-party service providers such as Paystack.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Not engage in fraud, misuse, or interference with the Service or other users.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by third-party providers. FastPoint Bill does not store your full card numbers or CVV; payment instruments are tokenized by the processor. Refunds and chargebacks are subject to the policies of the billers and payment processors. For any payment issues, contact support at support@fastpointbill.com.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Termination does not absolve any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

6. Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPoint Bill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims resulting from your misuse or violations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
